Nordost Odin 2

My system has 5 PCs, 3 IC pairs, a phono cable with DIN, speaker cables and 8 13" jumper wires on my speakers.
All Odin. MSRP OF $170,000.
Same cables in Odin 2......ahem......$237,500! A 40% increase! Really? The ridiculous turns to total insanity!

Lol...I haven't done the financial gymnastics yet, but I have two Odin tone arm cables, one 5m xlr IC, one 1.5m xlr, one 1.5m rca, 4m speaker and four 2.5m PC's....enough is enough. I am sure they will sell a lot in the audiophile rich far east market.

LOL what has your insurance company said when mentioning them as part of the insurance policy?
I assume nearly every insurance company would want itemisation of expensive electronics and associated items, seems they do here in the UK anyway.
Cheers

I would argue that $170,000 is total insanity as well. At those price points, what's another $67,500? The more well heeled audiophiles buy the expensive wire, the higher and higher the prices will go. A complete waste of cash if you ask me. We only have ourselves to blame.

At that level, you are buying bling, not performance, and it is hard to put a price on bling.
