I am trying to imagine how Vogel will run his plays with Rondo (who has refused to run plays called by his coaches - Doc and Rick) and then LeBron, who has been the playing coach/PG in the past few years. I don't think he will be fired. He might just resign.

Vogel was a poor offensive coach IMO so maybe just let them play. He was known more for his defense
