Some of the members here know that I moonlight as a professional combatives instructor. Here's a photo of another section of my home gym (other photos in the Weightlifting thread). The blue dummy and the black heavy bag travel on a custom trolley system, so that you must "chase" them while hitting. Much more realistic than stationary targets. With training partners there, you can be "sandwiched" suddenly between two bags and have to fight your way out, etc. Sure helps to blow off extra steam before a relaxed listening session.........
