Nice work … This does imho highlight the limitations of the mobile phone to capture and record fidelity closer to the in-room sound experience .

Was the ESD active this year as well or they got a passive
82 rooms have been recorded at the Munich High End audio show 2025 and at the Motorworld by Totaldac using Schoeps cardioid and omnidirectionnel microphones connected to a pro Sonosax microphone recorder.
As I was sitting and listening to the Acapella, a thought / image popped into my head, a giant golden posterior. Sorry to paint and put a terrible image into your heads. If you see the speakers in real life, you will see exactly what I mean. The picture does not convey it as graphically, as it is in real life.
