3000 sq ft (278.7 sq m) is definitely not that small:)

I guess it depends on where you live. In my neck of the urban woods 3500 square feet is considered huge. Especially for an empty nest.

Same here in suburban Eastern Massachusetts. 3000 sqft is huge ("small", ha!) and very expensive (at a price I can't afford). It's all relative, I guess.

My house is 5100 sqft but my listening space on the second floor is only 400 sqft (16 x 25), thus no room for Mike's excellent speaker or big Genesis that I admired at Pacific Audiofest.

The only nice thing is that ceiling is high and sloped with high vault (around 20ft). :)

Sounds like time for reshuffling of resources.

Sq Footage is all relative. There’s a home less than a 1/2 mile from me that’s over 9,400 sq ft. When you are near a beach there are normally some very huge homes. But the same is true for the mountains, etc.

This said, Mikes’ speakers deserve the right type of space to sound their very best.

What is the best Room Size for Mike’s Speakers!

C'mon Mike

Spill the beans.

What is the new speaker?

Personally, I believe it's the new Evolution Acoustics top of range model.

I could be completely wrong ;)

But, we all want to know :p
LOL. Wild horses couldn't drag Mike away from his Evolution Acoustics.

Still waiting for the tough questions.

if my current EA MM7 speakers don't sell, then true. and no worries.

if they sell then the new Evolutions are a strong possibility. i know i would like them and they would work well in my room. nothing i have not already explained.
Still waiting for the tough questions.
huh?

Gary makes a clipped wing version for Asian listening rooms.

To Australia Mike?
taking your comment seriously, it could maybe be worked out one way or another.

my ad mentions.....
as far as shipping and delivery, within the western part of the USA, i will personally deliver these speakers myself. anywhere in North America.....we can talk about it.

so i would need to investigate the process. happy to talk about it. one issue for shipping overseas is, as my ad mentions, i do not have shipping crates.

Mike. Unfortunately a little out of my budget.
The lower price makes it very attractive to USA buyers.

Cheers

HI Mike,
Do you have the new Evolution Speakers on order yet.
I know they will be irresistible for a cutting edge guy like you.
You have the sickness.

Regards Robert
