Short of a loss of life or personal injury, the next worse tragedy that we face is our possessions being lost. Such a loss happened to Resolution Audio Video a few days ago, when their beautiful showroom and significant inventory of vintage audio gear, along with a massive vinyl collection, burned. It's a total loss.

I have never met Adam, nor have I bought anything from him (yet) - which should make the fact that I'm writing this even more compelling. Adam has taken the time to help me with questions about my Nagra gear -- gear that he never sold me. He always takes the time to reply, and seems to genuinely have interest in my passion for the hobby; for example in my speakers (which are not sold anywhere, and which most dealers simply brush off to try to sell me another pair).
It's all too common in this hobby to have dealers act like your best friends, until a few days after you have purchased the component. I can tell you that most dealers I have dealt with lost interest in how I'm enjoying my system soon after the transaction was done.
Adam is not that type of person.
Which is so rare, and all the more painful to have had this massive loss happen to his business.

I believe he would also love any vinyl albums that are great but that we may not need, or have multiple copies of.
I believe Adam will soon say something here as well, so let's also welcome him here.
