Structural floor support completed today. Now I can stomp, no skips. Both beams are attached with Hurricane clips at every truss that crosses a beam.

Assume the photos above are from your basement? It looks like a very big space down there. Did you ever think of your audiophile bat cave down there per chance? Presumably floors are concrete and you can blast all hours without disturbing wife.

That was original plan. I prefer the sound of this large glorious wood and beam room with 24' ceilings. 8' ceilings don't cut it. Been there and done that for the last 10 years.
