Here is a rough draft of what the house is and where I am taking it. This is the main floor only where the majority of the change happens. The laundry, mudroom entry is not in the plan. Its getting updated too. As well as the master bath.

I'm having a yard sale to get rid of ovens, refrigerator, cook tops, sinks, lighs, cabinets etc. This is 2 of the granite pieces I think would make fantastic coffee tables. I'm keeping one.

Love it! Any idea who's designing the electrical service?
I got a long run of aluminum from the street to my meter. Kind of like someone I know. I'm going to change the meter to like Fremers. 200A with feet through lugs. Meter center also has an 8 space distribution that will hold a big SPD. Then 2 runs of copper will go to a all copper QO subpanel as well as directly to my Torus wallmount. From there I will bring a variety of gauges of wire to the room. Mostly 10 solid Romex style everywhere as well as a pair of #6 for behind the amplifiers. Just to know.

I will also bring a #4 solid bonding wire from the earth ground to a copper bus bar. Just to experiment. I am going to build a battery system too. I have a machine shop that can make me enclosures for the batter and inverter with plug in sockets to attach batteries, chargers and cords. Hardwired as well as plug in. I'm going to offer a 3KW off grid battery system. That's 25 amps of power. And very expandable.
