Enhancing a Digital Photo?

One of my very good friends is getting married later this year and I thought as a partial wedding present I would give him a couple pictures from when we used to go deer hunting together. The problem is that they were taken with a early digital camera in a rather low resolution setting. Needless to say they don't look that great.

Does anyone know of a person or business I could send the files to and have them clean them up? I realize that they can't create what isn't there, but I would think they would be able to make them look somewhat better.

Thanks.

That's very generous of you Amir! I have to pull the files from a floppy that they are on and I will get them out to you very soon.
