Last night (revisited) :: Just for the pure adrenaline FUN of it!

---

----.----^ Click me!

* Directed by Mathew Vaughn (2010).

=> This flick has great replay value. :b ...Same as 'Pulp Fiction', just above.

Last night (revisited) :: What War is Partly All About ....

---

---------^ Click it!

* Directed by Stanley Kubrick (1957), and starring Kirk Douglas.
=> As powerful today as it was back then.

The premise is old and technical validity non-existent. Nevertheless, it was done well enough to be worth a watch. The plot has enough of a twist to make you go "aha" in the middle and heart warming ending. I see that Amazon is selling it combined with Knowing (Nick Cage movie) which has similar qualities.

Last night (revisited) :: Only because of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee ...

---

--------^ Click me!

* Directed by Mike Leigh (1993). ...Dramatic & Funny at the same time!

Last night (revisited) :: Another Mike Leigh's film :::

---

---------^ Click me!

* Directed by Mike Leigh (1999); same guy who directed 'Naked'.

=> This flick ain't for everyone, but for people like me it is a pure 'historic/cinematic/music/coloric' delight. :b
