Yes I did, this one (last night) ::

* Directed by Gillo Pontecorvo (1966). This is in French (with English subtitles).
...But I don't need no subtitles myself. :b

That was nice to revisit, as I am truly affected by what's going on in Syria for the last year or so and up till very now. This is one of the very best films on this particular subject, and it still hits strings today. Glad that it is part of my Blu emotion/collection.

This film had a tremendous impact on my life when I was young, and even still today.
It belongs in the collection of any serious World (French) Cinema's passionate. For me anyway.

Watched Ghost Protocol last night with my wife:

It was impulse buy after I looked up the positive reviews on Amazon. Well, it was what I thought it was going to be. Cliche, worthless story. The effects over the top and unrealistic although at times innovative. No way it was worth $24 or whatever I paid for the BD. But did pass the time. I would say OK rental, not for purchase. Watched on little screen so no feedback yet on picture quality. Hoping it is good and makes for some eye candy at least.

I usually don't watch horror movies but this one caught my eye on Netflix. I got a few chuckles out of it and the picture quality was surprisingly good for a low budget picture.

I've got to rent that one; just for the fun of it. :b
