New McKinsey research has some really cool digital insights that might help Customers and Dealers alike.

Customer is King: Customer learns about Geek on facebook and then finds a mobile-device enabled LH Labs website. Customer places an order for the item.

Dealer is King: Customer in the market for an amp finds out about the ARC Ref 75 being released. After scanning the mobile site for ARC Customer finds there is enough power to drive his Maggie 1.7s (sound familiar? :)). Customer is notified via his iPhone's location services that there is a dealer nearby in Atlanta named Audio Alternative with both ARC and Magnepan gear. ARC offers to set up an appointment to listen. Time is booked and local dealer has equipment already set up when Customer arrives.
