CH Precision L10/M10 mono vs Kondo G1000i/Kagura

It may be me, but I find it really irritating that many modern speakers have such low efficiency. As in 95dB or less. There is no excuse for it IMO. Low efficiency then needs 10x the power to play full scale dynamics. Plus the heat and waste of energy. MBL hovers around 86dB efficiency!

I would like to see the impedance curve on the M6. I would suggest not an ideal match to get the best from a SET.

Bob, the Diesis Roma or Odeon Carnegie would be much more suitable.
The M6 is probably as bad as match for any SET that exists. If you are going to use SET's then as several have said use the appropriate/efficient speakers.

At the HK HiFi show as the weekend, the Klipsch La Scalas were singing very nicely. Prob one of the cheapest speakers being demoed at the show but with a sensitivity of 103dB, they felt alive, unconstrained and filled the massive room. I can't even remember what was driving them and I didn't care either.
