Can anyone clean up the female voice in these 3 small .wav clips?

Can anyone clean up the female voice in these 3 small .wav clips?

And tell me the best software and filters I can use to clear up faint background voices like these?

I've been working with NCH wavepad the most, low pass helped a little bit, but not much else in EQ or other filters seem to do much.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
