With over 30 years of distribution history our story is ever evolving. The last three years have seen some exciting changes as our team has expanded and significant investments in the business have been made. AXISS expanded in 2025 to a new Nashville location which houses our Nashville based team, state-of-the-art demo rooms, dealer training facility, service center, and warehouse. This new facility gives us the ability to serve customers, dealers, and our brand partners in powerful ways.AXISS is a true brand manager. In today’s high-end audio market, simply moving products from one point to another is not enough. A true distributor is far more than a logistics provider—we are brand managers, market advocates, and long-term partners who ensure that exceptional products reach the right audience in the right way. Our role is to create meaningful connections between manufacturers, specialist retailers, and end-users, while cultivating a brand presence that grows stronger with every interaction.

Soulution, a premium audio brand, is under the ownership of Spemot Corporation, headquartered in Dulliken, Switzerland. Spemot, a renowned manufacturer of electronic devices and electric motors for various applications, excels in crafting bespoke solutions tailored to customer needs.Cyrill Hammer and Roland Manz, both avid high-end audio enthusiasts and managing directors at Spemot, launched the Soulution brand in 2005. Drawing from their extensive experience and passion, they aimed to surpass existing benchmarks in audio excellence.
