I saw this link to AnalogPlanet elsewhere and thought there might be interest here.

New MC Anna Diamond cartridge announcing at Munich - appears similar to the limited edition MC Century - says MFremer.

Why does Ortofon make all the high-end cartridges "limited editions?"

Looking at the specs it's an MC Anna with just the boron cantilever changed to diamond. And probably a somewhat different voicing that's less MC Anna midrange focus and more MC Century top and bottom.

Yes, similar to the Koetsu Stones Series with usual canitlever & diamond cantilever versions.

Wonder what the price diff will be for the Ortofon MC Anna usual vs diamond versions.
