Low Latency computer for Merging NADAC

My 15 year old computer finally died. I am using the original Merging NADAC and the ethernet connection with JRiver. Any recommendations on a low latency computer? It will be only used in the audio room and for no other purpose.

Do you want it in the footprint of your old computer case volume? (Not necessarily in the same case but a cafe of similar volume)

You can build yours. I can send a part picker link to a build that priorities read, write speeds, superb LAN speeds and pretty awesome idling and thermal load efficiency
