In your opinion, who makes -or- what is the prettiest loudspeaker regardless of performance or if it's still in production? Maybe a speaker with the best WAF? Most of the beautiful loudspeakers seem to be from Europe. No need to post the ugliest: there are plenty of those to go around! :rolleyes:Apologies if previously discussed. Thanks!

Bowers and Wilkins Silver Signature.

not still in production. i posted it to show that a speaker can be ultra classy but not be hideously expensive. class.....is class. this speaker would look great in any room and no doubt it's a speaker.

And with appropriate gear it sounds fantastic. Long ago I owned serial n0 0001 and 0002 - I was the third owner. The first was the country distributor, that told every one he would keep them for his private collection. The second also promised that he will never sell them, but later give them in part exchange to a dealer from whom I got them with slate stands mint with in the boxes. I also promised that I would not sell them , but a few years later I got a new house and secondary speakers were not a priority ... Fortunately a few years ago I managed to get another pair, dark like the ones shown in Mike post . The story goes on - sometime later a mint pair in the original finish with boxes has shown for sale, I sold the dark and got this one that is still in a closet close to my room.

A great speaker, particularly for near field listening, with a large soundstage and airy treble.

See my living room around 201X ...

Zuman: Truly a work of art!

Narayan: Gorgeous, if Maxell ever comes back, they should use those speakers instead of the JBL!

So many beautiful speakers.

I'll toss in the KEF Muon, as well.
