Gusgus – Mobile Home - On vinyl, this sounds absolutely amazing with huge expansive bass and layers and layers of synths adding so much depth. Imo every track is superb. the vinyl pressing is excellent. you need to listen to this on a big rig. maybe my fav album of the last 5 years

 

 

 

Perfect vinyl plays as quietly as a CD (zero noise)

Not technically spinning but it’s a banger. Popped up yesterday on an IG post from my daughter’s college feed yet sounds straight from Motown.

Just kidding man… it was a great album. Had it in my earpods while craning at work today. It’s on my shopping list, thank you Milan .

First out tonight☝:

Agnetha Fältskog - Wrap Your Arms Around Me, from 1983, on black vinyl at 33rpm.

This masterpiece is Agnetha’s first real solo album after the break up of ABBA in 1982.

It has the ABBA sound with a bit of fresh air to it. You certainly get the classic 80’s sound and the album has got some real floor-fillers, even though it is mostly a calm album. If you like the ABBA tunes, this one is a must have. Enjoy !
