Vitus SCD-010 and RC-010 Remote Question

Yes, I am still using the Vitus SCD-010 disc player. I am wondering if any forum member would be able to test something for me. It will require access to an Vitus SCD-010 and a Vitus RC-010 remote. I want to learn if the hotkey of the remote can be programmed to put the SCD-010 in volume bypass mode. I am tired of trying to press 4 front panel buttons at the same time. This is not an issue on an SCD-025.

Thanks in advance if anyone can perform the test or if you have knowledge as to whether or not the remote can be programmed as such.
