My '108 has a channel imbalance and needs to be returned for inspection. Dartzeel said around $550 while Fedex quoted $1500.

It’s heavy and it needs to be properly insured, so that $1500 quote doesn’t seem out of line.

In my experience shipping audio gear to and from Europe, Fed Ex has been reliable, and their tracking has been superior to that of other carriers who might offer a better price.

I found that it is weirdly cheaper when shipping from usa to book from the destination end in the case of aus .. also dhl might be a better price
