No, way less than a over a decade. Basically, the range of a generation of players, young brilliant and motivated. Spain is still good and, IMHO, will make to the top 4 teams. The supremacy, IMHO, is gone though. Brazil killed Spain in the Conf Cup final last year, and even Italy managed to tame Spain till the penalty shootout.
The Cup is played in Brazil, and Brazil, if with a valid anxiety management, will overcome every team. Argentina could be a possible challenger in the final. Germany will likely meet Brazil in the semifinal, unless they qualified second in their group (very unlikely).

We won the first, good match, considering it is the first one.

hate to burst your bubble, but you did not dominate anything - were very vulnerable defensively, lacked imagination offensively, created no real changes, and were handed a victory by the referee. In other words, Brazil sucked big time.
