Wilson Alexx V vs Rockport Orion

The pic. was taken by a buddy.
Couldn't make it myself due to a slight fever.

Marco's room was among the best, as usual, despite the outburst of psy-trance when my brother and buddy arrived.
They measured >90dB at 6-8m from the speakers.
Thanks for the report! Marco always makes a great sound.

After listening to many speakers over the last decade in my system, and in other audiophile systems, I decided to go with the Rockport Orion, which arrived last week. So now I have to wait for a long burn in period, and then have a professional position optimization, and fine tuning of integration with the Perlisten d215s subs. Quite happy with the purchase.

Incredible! Big fan of Rockports...heard Merak Sheritan II, Altair and the Arrakis. All fantastic speakers.

I have a friend who has the Orions and they are stunning. Outside of my budget but wonderful speakers. Enjoy!
