I tried to purchase a Peachtree Nova65SE on ebay, and then USPS lost it and I am getting a refund. I liked the look of it, the USB audio input for my Mac Mini, and the digital inputs/DAC. I do wish it had a phono input, but I can buy a phono preamp if needed. I will be looking to buy again and I am wondering if the 65 is enough power for the speakers (would the 65 been a mistake). I’m sure it will get loud, but would it sound better with a Nova125 or Decco125? I do like to crank my music a bit. The Decco125 seems to check all of the boxes, but I liked the look of the larger Nova and the cherry finish. I also see some decent prices on the 220, but would that also be a mistake? The speakers are rated at 125W continuous.
