Ki Choi used his 'Super Nuclear' DYI cables to hard wire into my Studer heads. According to Ki other wire he has tried has not sounded nearly as good. he uses this stuff for his test probes in nuclear reactors where 'nano' measurements are significant; so the wires have to be pretty precise. in any case he's certainly got me convinced......the performance using these cables with my King Cello is the best source i've ever heard.

this wire is probably covered by some sort of Dept. of Defense non-disclosure rule.

It's really hit or miss despite asking manufacturers whether their cables are low impedance or not. Tried Cardas Golden Ref. That was OK. Currently am using some specially made non-network Transparent that Carl Smith had made for his own r2r machine.

Ok guys thanks for replying, I am going to try some Mogami's first to see how that works out. I have a short list as well if they don't pan out!!!

The Mogami 2964 cables are working out really well in this application!!! Gonna try some of their other cables in the rest of the system.
