What Are these things / Who made them . Vintage 60s oddities. Power-amp speaker combo ??

Can anyone Identify these things , I was given these and cant even sell them because
I have no clue who made them or what they are . the schematics say Sonitech . Nothing anywhere on the net
that can tell me what they are.

They look American to me!
They also appear to have a tuner built in so in effect are table radios. With two of them you can have stereo. The one on the bottom appears to be missing part of its front panel. Not worth a lot IMO; both will need lots of renovation.
