It's all about business. If you were a turntable manufacturer would you prefer to sell 4 tables per year at $200,000 each or 30 tables at $10,000 per table. There seems to be alot more profit with those mega expensive tables. I am in the camp that a 20k table is very expensive but these uber prices tables wouldn't be built if there wasn't a market.
