Is there any benefit, or no appreciable difference using two Omega ethernet cables?

I have an ethernet cable going from my ethernet switch to my Antipodes K41, and the Omega cable between my K41 server and K22 player. Thanks in advance.

I currently use a sigma v1 into an EE switch, then Omega to my Tambaqui. The Sigma was a big step up to the Vodka in place previously, I have no doubt a second Omega would be killer, just based on the noise reduction.
