I always enjoyed close up magic , seen a bunch of past greats
Dug Henning was really good, nice man . Seen cris angel in NYC before anyone knew him . Nice man too.
I had a childhood friend who did magic , it's a lifetime commitment no doubt .
I used do some simple magic for my kids ,
There was a magic shop in NYC really cool stuff to buy. But even simple magic takes forever to perfect . Makes audio seem simple in compare.
Lastly you should not ask or even lookup how
It's like a great restaurant you love and you try to make some meals like them.
Even if you get close you really ruined your dining out events
Just my opinion

Go watch Shin Lim
He’s insanely good

I seen zigfreed and Roy in NYC radio City music hall.
Had one run by me and since I had to sit front row . Had a 1000 pound tiger in front of me . I first thought it's mirrors but quicky I could smell the tiger .
one part of the show and elephant disappeared under a blowing curtain .
But close up magic rules
Penn and teller are great showman but the little guy is magic.
Ever see him do the hat and balls trick just flawless .

we watched Penn and Teller Fool Us as we so frequently do and last night there was a magician who fooled them for the 5th time which was quite amazing.

WEve see Pann and Teller in Las Vegas. Pen is a gifted bass player who entertains outside the theater before each show

This the one which launched Shin Lim

and this is the won which won AGT for him

He is beyond anything up close one will ever see
