I think it goes with the territory. I can think of a few hideous looking watches too with lots of bling.

Wasn't it about 12 or so years ago that this butt ugly Patek went for several million large ones on Antiquorum--in large part because they only made IIRC six of them.

Wow. Those are so small someone could just walk away with them. Better keep them in the safe when not in use.

Maybe I should start making stuff in gold and then charge 30 times the cost of the metal. That way someone can say they have a solid gold baby gate or cheese grater.
