THE HIFI FIVE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION STREAMING LIVE ON YOUTUBE PREMIERING IN OCTOBER!

Loved the first podcast, I am familar with everyone, but not familar with Danny, but he brought a great twist of zest to the proceedings, looking forward to next week, hope this will blow up big for you guys, Bravo...

Definitely enjoyed the podcast, I love mix of your own topics + audience participation. The only nitpick I have is that it ended kind of abruptly when people were trying to speak. Unless there is a hard stop for some reason, let it breathe a little bit and take questions until you all decide to quit or you go over an hour, something like that. It was a little short of one hour.

Thank you for this review!

It was a bit difficult for me to monitor all of the viewer chatting and simultaneously stay on top of the group discussion and moderate the program. But I really enjoyed the interactivity of being able to take questions live from the viewers. That is the fun of live-streaming, and I want to try to capitalize on that liveliness.

Yes, a blind person can read my face. That's why I never bothered to try to learn to play poker!

When I watch something that's an hour and a half or two hours long, I want to swallow a capsule of cyanide. I really, really don't want to go over 60 minutes.

Next time instead of asking each of us to answer a viewer question I select I either will nominate somebody to answer that particular question or ask the regulars "who would like to take that question?" There's no reason for each of us to answer every viewer question. This will save some time on the process of answering viewer questions.

I want to thank everyone for tuning in and I hope you will stay with us. I do promise there will be some major forest fires started once we get a significant size audience. Its time to "handle the truth" about the audio Industry.

Congratulations. This was an auspicious beginning !

I would never actually sit down and - watch - a live stream of talking heads. But this is great for multi tasking. Looking forward to listening while washing dishes!

i always hoped we would be useful LOL

It is really encouraging to get almost 200 subs and around 800 views . I received a bunch of emails telling me their thoughts on why my camera looked like crap LOL and what they thought of the show. They were all positive and its not my camera its the internet upload speed. Im working on that :) I again want to than all who watched and we are starting to line up some 5th's as guests that will appear over the next few weeks shows.
I'm sorry to say that Sophia Vergara turned me down!

Enjoyed the show. Fix Elliot’s video feed.

Thx Elliot.
Looking forward to seeing you at CAF!

Possibly the greatest theme song in this history of television - using only one word! And quite possibly the king of earworms. A stroke of genius by Neal Hefti. :D

closing in on 2000 views and 350 subs so please join like and subscribe and share

The HiFi Five Episode 2: Guest Shanon McKellar

Great show! Really enjoyed getting to know Shannon. Thanks guys.

On Jay's question about the level of gear a reviewer has, I feel like the magazines are pretty selective on what gear goes to what reviewers. For example, you wouldn't see a reviewer who only owns an integrated Amp doing a review of a 6 figure Wilson speaker. And likewise, a reviewer who has mbl extremes is not reviewing rega P3's or ortofon cadenza carts. So in my opinion it's not usually an issue.
