Hope you don't mind me suggesting that you pick subjects that interest you and inevitably you will build your own list. I've learned from many, including those I don't agree with and don't have the same goals as far as gear. There is a LOT of passion!

I could and would answer my question on any forum where I’ve spent considerable time. Obviously, we’ve all had different experiences and journeys which is why I asked, “Who are the five members you have learned the most from at WBF?”.
I was trying to ask it in a way which would hopefully not offend anyone or be uncomfortable answering.
I was trying to ask it in a way which would hopefully not offend anyone or be uncomfortable answering. For example, it’s better than my sincere desire to learn who is basically here mostly to be argumentative and difficult.
Oh, that you will find out very quickly. No shortage of certainty! It is fun as long as you don't mind everyone disagreeing and being right all the time. Just kidding (kind of). It is a community. That is the important part.

Audio tends to have some big themes and there are subject matter experts with each of those. I would focus on some of the themes below and then search those to find the top contributors:
-Analog
-Digital
-Speakers (modern and vintage)
-Amps and preamps (tube and solid state)
-Cables
-Tweaks and accessories
-Music rooms and acoustics
-Power
From members whose systems I have heard in person. In particular when I have been able to compare a lot of different components in those systems over the years and they have come to listen to my system repeatedly and have given invaluable advice.
Discussions are fine, but hearing systems is where the rubber hits the road.
