A Munich Moment to Remember: CH Precision 10 Series, Rockport Technologies & Wattson Audio Amplifier Unveil

This year's High End Munich show was more than just an event—it was a landmark occasion for Sunny's and our discerning customers who cherish true digital audio excellence.

I was honored to witness the global launch of the CH Precision 10 Series digital ecosystem, a tour de force in high-end digital audio design. From a new CD/SACD/MQA and Crystal Disc transport to DACs, master clocks, and the complete 10 Series stack—all cabled with CH's own interconnects and supported by Shunyata Research power and grounding—this was a system of uncompromised purity. The Rockport Technologies Lyra, in all its majestic glory, anchored the sound with presence, scale, and accuracy.

This wasn't just music—it was three-dimensional, articulate, and emotionally true, with tight focus, tonal naturalness, and musical flesh and bone. CH Precision has never sounded better. Florian Cossy and his exceptional team curated every detail, demonstrating the unmatched synergy of their complete ecosystem.

At our private dealer meeting, we were joined by Florian, Kevin Wolff, and John Giolas of Wattson Audio, who introduced us to a bold and exciting chapter: the new Wattson Audio Amplifier, demonstrated in mono-biamp configuration on the Lyra loudspeakers. Wattson's sleek Swiss-built amplifier isn't a "lite" CH—it's a refreshingly high-performance, design-forward solution, crafted for clients who crave reference-quality sound in elegant, space-conscious form factors.

We also previewed Wattson's upcoming stackable power supply platform, which added stunning clarity and impact to the Madison DAC during playback. Expect this to roll out soon across the full Wattson range.

The energy and technical mastery of Alexandre and Guy—the engineering brains behind Wattson—were inspiring. Their curiosity, passion, and open-minded approach to incorporating ideas from beyond the audio world will no doubt shape future innovations. They are not just building components—they're forging a path for high-end systems to live beautifully in libraries, art-filled rooms, and sophisticated modern spaces.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Loris and Edward, whose love for live music and hunger for new artistry continue to inspire and educate me.

This visit was a personal and professional highlight. Expect full pricing and product details soon. If you're a CH Precision or Wattson Audio enthusiast, the future is brighter—and more musical—than ever.
