that prison camp is not for the ordinary criminals. when a convict is sentenced to do term in that prison camp, he will have to audition for the dance team... everybody who fails to make the team will be taught to dance for a week, and if still cannot dance well enough, executed

Not true. If they fail the second audition, they're given MC Hammer pants and made to dance to Can't Touch This. If they fail that, they get headbands and legwarmers and dance to Pat Benatar's Love is a Battlefield.

Besides that's not a Max Pen, it's your equivalent of the State Pen of Cebu. The Max Pen is in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila
