Well that was quick!
I sincerely doubt the motor can be separated from the enclosing lead. I can disconnect the pulley, and remove the lead enclosure with the motor from the cradle (or whatever it's called) it sits in. I'm sure someone could fabricate a frame to center a new motor in that cradle. Just need a motor that would work with the power supply.
