Hello everybody
I wonder which is the maximum internal resistance of a mc cartridge that can work properly with the current inputs of the P1! That is, a cartridge that has an internal resistance of 2ohms or 3ohms can be connected and work without problems with the current input of the P1?
Thanks in advance!

Just my personal experience, but I've tried a couple of cartridges with P1's current input -

1.52 Ohm
1.8 Ohm
5.4 Ohm

All 3 worked great, and the lower impedence models sounded better.

Also tried one with 15 Ohm and I would say the result was marginal.
Also tried one with 23 Ohm and it's not so good.

So, from my experience I'd keep the partnering cartridge under 10 Ohm. 5 Ohm or lower even better.
