Thought I'd pass on three CD selections that I've been really enjoying.
One somewhat recent: Lost in a Dream / Paul Motian, Chris Potter, Jason Moran. A bit contemporary but very approachable.
Two old but exquisite IMHO: Memories / Bley, Haden, Motian. Classic musicians and Jazz trio magic. The Alternate Blues / Terry, Hubbard, Gillespie, Peterson, Brown, Pass Durham. Same but with a bit more horn presence.
