Now that's a Mac Pro

Yeah, I know you know that, Amir. But I had to ignore it long enough to get to the international Harvester on a Jaguar iine. And I know you want to cook Shabu Shabu. Don't be a denier. :)

I like Dimsum myself :D

Excuse my ignorance, but I've never really understood why anyone would operate Win on a Mac or vice-versa. Are there any advantages or is it just a case of it can be done, so why not.

Well if you want to use some programs/applications that are Windows only .. Microsoft Visio, which I use a lot in my line of work comes to mind.

I ran Windows on Mac several years ago at my business as some of the software that we used could only be used on Windows

And it works just as well? No hiccups?

Thanks for the clarification Steve. I always kinda thought it was a makeshift solution.

I used a program called Parallels to use Windows on my Mac but you can also use "Boot camp"

I have various programs that are Windows-only - among them a realistic flight simulator for glider pilots, with proper terrain mapping and stuff that requires good processing speed. Nice to have to be able to practise during winter months.
Have never had any trouble at all running them on Macs, even before they became "Intel inside."

In fact, I believe Windows-programs are claimed to generally perform better on Macs. You can google a bit - in particular, the stability is better.
