Yes--I think the copper gives a really appropriate luxury look and feel--a great match to the world class sound quality.

I just received mine today... I had purchased an original Golden Gate with only the standard cardboard box. It replaced my Big 7 ( which replaced my Big 6, which replaced my original model 4)... So I enjoyed the GG but just sent it back to Lukasz for a complete upgrade to a series 2 and am thoroughly enjoying it as I write..., it’s SO natural sounding.. And I had it shipped via its very own new flight case... Perfect. The only way to ship forevermore...!
On that note I must add how I couldn’t be happier with this company for both the increasing build quality being better than ever before... a sound quality that absolutely defines SOTA imho.. and their customer service which has continually been exemplary...!
