Sometimes we forget what is right in front of us. Since i moved into the new space I haven't done all the things I wanted but today gave me a huge opportunity to try one of them.
We packed the Divin Noblesse in the red room and wrestled out into the truck with a bunch of other heavy things to get palletized and shipped to CAPFEST.
In doing so that left a space in the room to put a pair of different speakers in the big system . I loved the idea of the Divin Comtesse since I was really impressed when I heard them in a huge system in Germany.
So today the small comtesse with two Sovereign subs, a full set up of Omega X and Omega X power with Riviera big boys and a full blown Wadax reference.
Sometimes its just cool to see some smaller speakers get up and dance !!! Wow.
Danny Kaey suggested a couple of new ecords which I wont steal his thunder for tomorrow night but Qobuz found one for me today which is just great.
I love Michel Pettruciani and on the album he plays with Serge Forte and Mino Cinelu and its called Thanks for all. Try Funky Oscar, Caravan and Mabo Blues.
It was fun to see how far I can push a reasonable size speakers with some big boy toys.

Capfest in two weeks.
