@Brian Walsh so how does she sound? it looks incredible. i have a Dohmann clamp which i like very much. is it mind blowing? also what of the Supatrac arm?

My purchase was based upon listening to a couple of them on which I set up cartridges. Very little compares.

a friend in Norway had Plasmatronics.I listened to them several times....he cut out to be able to use the big industrial helium bottles

In the videos above you can see the helium tanks in the speakers were replaced with one full size tank in the garage feeding up to the room.

IMHO, the sound is boxy. The cabinet’s influence is very audible — it resembles the effect of old, thin enclosures that ring and blend with the output of the drivers. I don’t it’s related with the turntable, I think it’s an issue with speakers.

You might not be able to tell much from a YouTube video, but one can use the plasma modules with other speakers. LOL
