Hello,

At the 2025 Munich Show Avantgarde announced a new subwoofer. They intend it to pair with any of their speakers including the trio. It has two down-firing 12” woofers. It is ported with two long ports in the bottom, has two 500W amplifiers (one dedicated to each driver. It is available immediately and is around 23k Euro each.

A good option for those that can’t fit the Spacehorns.

Kind of merging the Trio and the Mezzo. Funny because if it wasn’t for the cost, I would like to hear my Mezzos complimented by two spacehorns:p

I have heard them in Munich.
I would not dare to judge their quality in this demonstration, but power, levels and dynamics were impressive.

I was there on the first day when both the CEO and chief technical officer delivered a long speech to introduce this sub to the public.

Because it took them 15 minutes to talk about why the sub was created, technical specs and what it can do, I only stayed for just 1 track before leaving, but as said above, the sound is really impressive.

I’m not a fan of horns but this room alongside Accapela, WE and even the weird ones from Aries Cerats are really good. Accapela and WE are out of this world when I was there, crazy stuff.
