New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

Lakers will beat the Rockets tonight.

Bucks beat Miami - without Giannis. Hmmm.
Interesting, shows that there is a lot of talent in Milwaukee. And get ready for Lebron exploding for points. :D

Lakers lead by 16 at end of 1. Rondo is playing a much better game with a few 3's and Morris is 4/4 3's coming off the bench

Lakers lead by 16 at the half

Davis is playing well.

LeBron was actually called for traveling in the first period. I don't ever remember him being called for traveling

I cannot believe. Lakers have given up 20 of their 22 point lead as Rockets are now energized and raining 3's.

Lead by one 80-79

Lakers height under the boards on both sides of the court was a big factor in them getting the win

The looming question is whether the Bucks will be swept and the Rockets take out the Lakers. This could pave the way for an exciting finals between the Clipps and either Heat, Celtics or Raptors.

The Clippers did not look like a championship level team in their last game.

i always felt that the 4 month late off followed by the reboot in the bubble would lead to surprise upsets and surprise teams emerging

Right now its about as exciting as it can get in the East and the West is just chugging along to an anticipated Cripps-Lakers showdown. Right now however the Rockets are suggesting otherwise and as long as they are as fast and feisty as last night and play defense the Lakers could be gone in the second round. I have always felt that the Rockets match up best against the Lakers and always play tough. Could this be a "sign of the times?" as upsets are going to happen with the Bucks being the first

Steve, it is again just one game ;)
Like it was against the Blazers

The Rockets struggled to get past OKC in 7 games so I wouldn't let their first game victory against the Lakers count for too much.
Exactly what I just wrote to Steve while catching up in this thread

If Celtics don't get serious about today's game and let the Raptors back in it, all bets are off because I would personally give the edge to the Raptors.

Celts need to win today
The momentum would definitely be with the Raptors, then

Lakers-Rockets series so far resembles the Clipper-Nuggets series.

Team that handily won the first game is getting crushed in the second game.
or the Blazers-Lakers
