New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

Watched the Denver-Spurs game and IMO it is the best series in the first round in both conferences

Pop is a wizard of a coach so game 7 for me is a must watch

Very sad news indeed. I share all of the same memories as you Philip

Nice to know, Steve. My older sister texted me the news this morning, I asked her, you know John Havlicek? She said, I know only 2 basketball players, him, and Jerry West.

If she is only going to know 2 NBA players West and Havlicek she couldn't have picked 2 better icons of their era

If Cipps can take their series to game 7 let alone win it, it would be the upset of the century

My thoughts exactly, Steve. And Vegas would be paying out a lot too.

There are just too many good teams this year and upsets should be expected

When the real KD shows up as well Curry as the Warriors suddenly look like the team that won the NBA championship the past 2 years.

Warriors start slowly and down 10 only to find KD shooing the lights out

38 points in the first half

Warriors at the half 72-53

Kevin Durant has 38 points at the HALF and the Warriors are thumping the Clippers.

EDIT - You beat me to it, Steve. :)

Well barring a 22 point loss of lead it is going to be a repeat of last year with Rockets vs GSW starting Sunday.

This will be the series in the WEST. One can only wonder what would have happened last year if CP3 had not injured his hamstring

This will be a healthy Rockets team

Clipps might have lost however taking the series to 6 games and beating the Warriors twice at Oakland was epic. I really believe this Clippers team has a lot to build on even though they have no true star on the team

You all know I aint a Clippers fan even though they best my Lakers but they have made me a believer for the future

Nice of you to say, Steve. The Clippers were fun to watch this year and they did better than anyone expected. No complaints from me.

I heard the Rockets flew in to Oakland way before this game even started. And Capella had Ignited the Warriors. He might get it in the mouth. :)

I hope he does

Draymond Green gets a triple double and played strong defense. They contained Lou Williams tonight which made a huge difference

That’s what they need to do with Harden

a pretty good summary of the Warriors-Clipps series as well as what looms ahead with the Rockets (who IMO are the only formidable threat to beat the Warriors

That was a good article.

In the Warriors - Rockets series I don't have any love for either team and enjoy watching them both lose - as infrequent as that might be.

Normally I would pull for the underdog and against the perennial favorite. That would be the Rockets in this series I suppose.

However, I do not like James Harden for whatever silly reason and I still harbor some resentment against Chris Paul for his unceremonious departure from the Clippers. Perhaps that is unfair to him as well but I can live with that. :)

I guess I am repeating myself but I will be rooting for whatever team emerges from the Eastern Conference - presuming that either Houston or Golden State wins the West as is likely to happen
