Correction: code is f31 X8F. f31 is GZ34 with wider base. X8F is Philips Sittard (Netherlands) June 1958.
I can’t even imagine the quality & build of these 12AX7 tubes, I would love to find a pair of these for my HH Scott 272 amp!These are Amperex medical 12AX7 from the Electronics for Medicine. These were made in Holland.
