MBL Insolvent. Is Insolvency the best path to greatest value?

Stereophile is reporting that MBL is insolvent. But the company is running, so hoping for the best for them, as the 101s and Extremes are definitely one of the world's greatest speakers.

Is the insolvency route the best way to increase the value vs pursuing an outright sale?

Sad news. MBL has filed for insolvency.

I wonder if there are more companies in a weak position. It’s a very small industry.
