Sylomer pads,you need to weigh the device exactly, then select the pads. Along with air suspension, they're the best passive solution for decoupling i've tested.
The color indicates the optimal weight per pad.

In my hi-fi rack, these pads are optimized for weight. Sounds damn good.

Sylomer too, but -20db at 10hz I only consider it fully effective.
