With all the good things happening on our planet; our beautiful mountains, oceans, forests, clean water, beautiful people, beautiful classical music, Marvel and DC comics films ('Suicide Squad', 'Captain America', 'Batman', 'Superman', 'Spider-Man', 'Iron-Man', 'X-Men', 'Ant-Man', 'Dare-Devil', 'Watchmen', 'Ultra-Man', 'TMNT', ...), our leading industries...oil refinement, gold refinement, high-end audio, diamonds, textiles, texting, communication systems, telescopes, fisheries, forestry, human resources, food banks, financial banking systems, insurance companies, drug companies, Elvis, ... Man is constantly searching the origin of the universe (CERN and the LHC), and discovering new possible habitable planets and stars beyond the frontiers of space. It's happening in real life, and it's happening on our theatre screens...'Star Wars', 'Star Trek', 'Galaxy Quest'.
Most humans don't think about one billion years from now, only hardcore space scientists do.
On our planet we adapt to our own atmosphere and to the laws of the land. Just recently the police chief of Toronto apologized to all the women in the force who were sexually harassed. There is $100 million to be distributed among few thousands of them. So that way there won't be any prosecution...money takes care of everything...ouf.
Anyway, Proxima Centauri b is the talk of the day for the last 24+ hours or so. And tomorrow who knows; perhaps we'll check a new debate...part two...about a new planet? :b
It's raining, the sky is grey, and I still have tons of apples in my tree...life's good.
