I am a practicing engineer in the Philippines. I worked for 15 years in the construction industry as a project manager of an engineering consultancy firm. Now I am at my 8th year in the insurance industry as a risk engineering manager. Audio is one of my main hobby as this is my main stress reliever and likewise an activity of gaining new friends locally and as well as offshore. I have since loved listening to music since I was young. I started in the 80s with cassettes, Vinyl, tapes. Having my serious audio gear started in 2003 and still in the process of building one that would take me to audio nirvana
I am a big fan of DIY audio stuff. Most of my current SS/tubed components are made by a good friend, JojoD818 (his handle in diyaudio.com, PinoyDVD.com and Wiredstate.com) who is into DIYing a lot of audio stuff. It's my way of supporting our local talents which I believe that we also have a pool of our own that can contribute to the global audio community.
