I recently bought a Glow Amp One (http://www.glow-audio.com/Glowamps.html) which came with two glow speakers and no subwoofer. I thought it would be easy to add a subwoofer but I was mistaken. I have no idea what I'm doing with this machine- I'm looking at purchasing these speakers (https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/ele/5730621429.html) and I need to know if they are compatible with my Glow Amp and how to connect them. I am not sure where to look for advice, any help would be appreciated. Pictures are of the Amp's stats from their website, the back of the amp, and the back of the speakers I'm looking at buying.

Your amp appears to be a 2 channel amp. Won't work with the Def Techs. Also, the amp is extremely under powered. You'll need at least a four channel receiver with a "sub out" or a separate "pre pro" and multichannel amp. At this level, I'd recommend going with an Audio Video Receiver (AVR), which has a preamp, amplifiers, tuner, setup software and room calibration all in one box.

Most all AVR's now are minimum 7 channel and more. You should purchase an AVR with at least 5 channels so you can add a center channel for watching movies.

Suggest you call Crutchfield for advice on what model. They will also assist with hook up (after purchase) if you have questions.
